Whistleblowing
Whistleblowing is a fundamental corporate compliance tool, through which a company's employees or third parties can report, in a confidential and protected manner, any offenses encountered during their activities.

Characteristics of the reporting
The report is a communication coming from the "Reporter" which refers solely to non-compliance with the law or internal procedures and regulations, including the Code of Ethics.
Reports regarding complaints, personal requests or, more generally, irrelevant circumstances may not be taken into consideration.
The reports must be made in good faith, detailed and based on precise and consistent factual elements in order not to lose the effectiveness of the tool made available to you.
Anyone who intentionally or with gross negligence makes reports, which subsequently prove to be unfounded, may be subject to disciplinary sanctions.

The body responsible for managing reports is the Whistleblowing Committee.
To protect the "Reporter" and the "Reported" as much as possible, the necessary security measures have been adopted: regardless of the choice made by the "reporter" to make a report anonymous or not, the confidentiality of the identity of the person writing is guaranteed and the content of the report through secure protocols and encryption tools that allow the personal data and information provided to be protected. The identity of the reporter is never revealed without his consent, except in the cases provided for by current legislation.
Scame Parre S.p.A. ensures the protection measures provided for by the Decree and prohibits any act of retaliation or discrimination against the whistleblower for reasons related to the report. In the case of employees, retaliatory or discriminatory dismissal or change of duties of the reporting party are void by law.
