Sustainability, safety and innovation are values that Scame has always applied in practice, with a clear, forward-looking vision.
Today we take a further step in this direction by presenting the renewed T2S socket (already a Scame patent), designed for AC charging systems for electric vehicle and engineered to meet the highest technical, regulatory and environmental standards.

The socket is entirely manufactured using halogen free and PFAS free plastic materials, while still ensuring the smooth operation of the opening mechanism of the protective shutters, core element of the entire system.
Furthermore, as required by the RoHS Directive and the REACH Regulation, and without taking advantage of the exemptions granted to manufacturers, the new T2S socket is equipped with lead free metal contacts, while preserving optimal electrical conductivity and heat dissipation performance, thanks to the use of a special copper alloy processed with state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques.

For this reason, the new T2S is not just a socket outlet, but fully represents Scame’s ability to innovate at every level.
