The ISOLATORS-EX[GD] Series SWITCH DISCONNECTOR is engineered for demanding industrial environments, particularly those with potentially explosive atmospheres, as indicated by its ATEX certification (II 2GD). This emergency switch disconnector is designed for surface mounting and features a robust construction with a protection degree of IP66, ensuring resilience against dust and water ingress. It is equipped with a 32A rated current and a 2-pole configuration. The enclosure is crafted from high-grade STAINLESS STEEL [AISI316L], providing exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The device is impact-resistant up to 7J, enhancing its reliability in harsh conditions. The handle is padlockable in both OFF (accommodating 3 padlocks) and ON (1 padlock) positions, offering secure operation control. The unit is finished in a distinctive yellow/red color scheme for high visibility. An earth-stud is included to ensure proper grounding.
