The ISOLATORS-EX[GD] Series SWITCH DISCONNECTOR is engineered for demanding industrial environments, particularly those with potentially explosive atmospheres, as indicated by its ATEX certification (II 2GD). This emergency switch disconnector is designed for surface mounting and is constructed from durable engineering plastic, ensuring robust performance and longevity. It features a rated current of 63A and is available in 3 or 4 poles configurations. The device offers a high protection degree of IP66, safeguarding against dust and powerful water jets. The enclosure is impact-resistant up to 7J, providing additional durability. The switch disconnector is equipped with a yellow/red handle that is padlockable in both the OFF (accommodating up to 3 padlocks) and ON (1 padlock) positions, enhancing safety and security during maintenance or emergency shutdowns.
