The ISOLATORS-EX[GD] Series SWITCH DISCONNECTOR is engineered for demanding industrial environments, particularly where safety and reliability are paramount. This emergency switch disconnector is rated for a current of 63A and is available in 3 or 4 poles configurations. It features a robust protection degree of IP66, ensuring resilience against dust and water ingress. Designed for surface mounting, the unit is constructed from high-grade stainless steel (AISI316L), offering exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The device is suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, classified under Group and Categories EX: II 2GD, in compliance with ATEX standards. The enclosure is impact-resistant up to 7J, and the handle is padlockable in both OFF (up to 3 padlocks) and ON (1 padlock) positions, enhancing operational safety. The distinctive yellow/red color scheme ensures high visibility in emergency situations. An earth-stud is included for secure grounding.
