The ISOLATORS-EX[GD] Series offers a robust SWITCH DISCONNECTOR designed for emergency use, featuring a rated current of 20A and available in 3 or 4 poles. Engineered for surface mounting, this device is constructed from durable die-cast aluminium, ensuring longevity and reliability. It boasts a high protection degree of IP66, making it suitable for challenging environments. The unit is compliant with Group and Category II 2GD, adhering to ATEX standards for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The enclosure is impact-resistant up to 7J, providing additional durability. The switch disconnector is equipped with a yellow/red handle, which is padlockable in both the OFF (accommodating up to 3 padlocks) and ON (1 padlock) positions, enhancing safety and security. An earth-stud is included for grounding purposes, ensuring comprehensive protection and operational integrity.
