The ISOLATORS-EX[GD] Series offers a robust SWITCH DISCONNECTOR designed for emergency use, featuring a rated current of 20A and a 2-pole configuration. Engineered for surface mounting, this device is enclosed in a durable stainless steel [AISI316L] housing, ensuring longevity and reliability. It boasts an IP66 protection degree, making it suitable for harsh environments. The unit is compliant with ATEX [ATmosphères EXplosibles] standards, suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, classified under Group II 2GD. The switch disconnector is equipped with a yellow/red handle, which is padlockable in both OFF (accommodating up to 3 padlocks) and ON (1 padlock) positions, enhancing safety and security. With an impact resistance of 7J, this device is built to withstand demanding industrial conditions. An earth-stud is included for added safety.
