The ISOLATORS-EX[GD] Series SWITCH DISCONNECTOR is engineered for robust performance in industrial settings. This GENERAL type switch disconnector is rated for a current of 25A and features a 2-pole configuration. Designed for surface mounting, it offers a high protection degree of IP66, ensuring reliable operation in challenging environments. The device is constructed from durable die-cast aluminium and is finished in a grey/black color scheme. It is certified under Group and Categories EX: II 2GD, making it suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, as indicated by its ATEX certification. The enclosure is designed to withstand impacts up to 7J, enhancing its durability. Additionally, the handle is padlockable in both the OFF (accommodating up to 3 padlocks) and ON (1 padlock) positions, providing secure operation. An earth-stud is included for added safety.
