The ISOLATORS-EX Series SWITCH DISCONNECTOR is engineered for demanding industrial environments, particularly those with potentially explosive atmospheres. This emergency switch disconnector is rated for a current of 20A and features a 4-pole configuration. It boasts a robust protection degree of IP65, ensuring reliable performance against dust and water ingress. The device is classified under Group II 2D, with dust protection rated at Ex tb IIIC T90°C Db IP65, making it suitable for hazardous locations. Constructed from durable die-cast aluminium, it is designed for surface mounting and comes in a distinctive yellow/red color for high visibility. The enclosure is impact-resistant up to 7J, enhancing its durability. The handle is padlockable in both OFF and ON positions, accommodating up to three padlocks each. Cable inlets are customizable with a 1xM20 option available upon request. This product complies with ATEX standards for safety in explosive atmospheres.
