The ISOLATORS-EX[GD] Series SWITCH DISCONNECTOR is engineered for demanding industrial environments, particularly where safety and reliability are paramount. This EMERGENCY switch disconnector is rated for a current of 32A and features a 2P configuration. It boasts a robust protection degree of IP66, ensuring resilience against dust and water ingress. Designed for surface mounting, the unit is constructed from durable die-cast aluminium and finished in a high-visibility yellow/red color scheme. It is certified under Group and Categories EX: II 2GD, making it suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, as indicated by its ATEX certification. The enclosed construction provides an impact resistance of 7J. For added security, the handle is padlockable in both the OFF (accommodating up to 3 padlocks) and ON (1 padlock) positions. An earth-stud is included to ensure proper grounding.
