The ISOLATORS-EX Series SWITCH DISCONNECTOR is engineered for demanding industrial environments, particularly those with potentially explosive atmospheres. This emergency switch disconnector is rated for a current of 20A and features a 2-pole configuration. It boasts a robust protection degree of IP65, ensuring reliable performance against dust and water ingress. The device is classified under Group II 2D, with dust protection rated as Ex tb IIIC T90°C Db IP65, making it suitable for hazardous locations. Constructed from durable die-cast aluminium, it is designed for surface mounting and is available in a distinctive yellow/red color scheme. The enclosure is impact-resistant up to 7J, enhancing its durability. The handle is padlockable in both OFF and ON positions, accommodating up to three padlocks each. Cable inlets are customizable with 1xM20 (top) available upon request. This product complies with ATEX standards for use in explosive atmospheres.
