The ISOLATORS-EX[GD] Series SWITCH DISCONNECTOR is engineered for demanding industrial environments, particularly those with potentially explosive atmospheres, as indicated by its ATEX certification (II 2GD). This emergency switch disconnector is designed for surface mounting and features a robust construction with an enclosed design, ensuring durability and reliability. It is crafted from high-grade STAINLESS STEEL [AISI316L], providing excellent resistance to corrosion and harsh conditions. The device supports a rated current of 25A and is equipped with 2 poles. It offers a high protection degree of IP66, safeguarding against dust and powerful water jets. The impact resistance is rated at 7J, ensuring resilience against mechanical impacts. The switch is colored in a distinctive yellow/red for high visibility and includes an earth-stud. The handle is padlockable in both OFF (3 padlocks) and ON (1 padlock) positions, enhancing safety and security in operational settings.
