Attractive, strong, with an high level of protection against water and dust, the bulkhead lights of the HYDRA Series are especially suitable for outdoor installations, both on walls and ceilings in domestic, industrial and commercial environments.
The various combinations that are available will satisfy most installation requirements. They look good and have a particularly well thought-out design.

- Diffuser in transparent polycarbonate, internally glazed (anti-glare), U.V. stabilised (anti-yellowing).
- Polycarbonate base, RAL 7035 grey
- Optional white or black frame which completely hides the base and modifies its external appearance (particularly good for installations with flush mounting conduit)

- Surface or ceiling mounting with 2 screws (supplied in an accessories kit with screws, fixing plugs, washrs and seals).
- Cable inlets for conduit are placed on the upper and lower sides, allowing for "entry-exit" power supply.
Each inlet can take:
- cable sleeves for conduit up to 16 mm
- cable glands PG13,5
- rigid conduit-box coupling connection 16 mm
- flexible conduit-box coupling connetction 12 mm
A rear entry cable inlet is possible for installations with flush mounting conduit:

The fitting guarantees that if something goes wrong with the power supply the temperature on the surface of the installation does not reach dangerous levels.

The HYDRA Series conforms to all the relevant EN standards and has received ENEC certification from IMQ i. The ENEC mark (European Norms Electrical Certification) allows light fittings to be marketed freely throughout Europe and certifies that the products conform to EN standards.
LUM Agreement
One mark for fittings and components for lighting that is recognised across Europe: Spain, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Ireland, Luxembourg, France, Greece, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Hungary.
PORTABLE LIGHTING - 60 W

With the HALE Series SCAME has two versions of portable lamps:
- HALE Series IP20
- HALE Series IP65
for solving lighting problems in situations where, beacause of the nature of the work, a portable lamp is required.
The IP55 version has been made with a particularly robust structure and can be subjected to high mechanical stresses, including an impact or fall, without damage. It can also be used outdoors. The IP20 version is for use inside industrial, commercial and domestic premises, in normal environmental conditions while the IP65 version is for both inside and outdoor use on industrial sites, building sites and in workshops where environmental conditions are usually demanding. SCAME's portable lights can be supplied from the mains or from a safety supply source (SELV). When supplied from a safety source the lamps can be used in wet or very damp environments and can be in contact with large metal structures.

Portable electrical lamps must meet the following requiremennts:
- grip made up of non-hygroscopic insulating material
- full protection against accidental contacts with live parts
- lamp protection cage secured to the insulating grip by means of an external collar
- perfect insulation of the live portions of any metal parts in contact with the gripart.

Portable electric lamps used in wet or very damps environments or within or in contact with large metal masses, in addition to meeting the above requirements must be fed by a power supply of not more than 25 V to earth and fitted with a glass casing.
If power is supplied to these lamps through a transformer, its primary and secondary windings must be separate and isolated from each other.
