This system covers the full range of industrial installation requirements, from light to heavy duty.
It includes modular bases, junction boxes and consumer units capable of housing:

VERSIONS

The whole ADVANCE system is based on two modules in two standard 106 and 136 mm:
- MODULO 106 - defined here as "compact"
- MODULO 136 - defined here as "normal"
Module 136 is also available in the "Heavy Duty" (H.D.)version: a product with high mechanical strength and resistance to chemicals, designed for heavy duty as described further on.
The ADVANCE System includes:
- 3 modular supports measuring:
106x394 (compact),
136x459 (normal),
136x539 (universal)
coupled by means of captive press-fit inserts.
- junction boxes and consumer units in modular widths 106 and 136mm, with fastening screws for mounting on the support, couplers with seals and PG 21 nuts.

Self-centring
the supports and the boxes are designed in such a way that each component can be positioned accurately. |
STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS

The boxes are provided on all sides with knock-out holes for PG 21, PG 29 and PG 36 and are available in the following versions:
- one-module blank
- two-module blank
- one-module with tinted window
- two-module with tinted window
- one-module with cutouts (with provisions for mounting 16 A and 32 A Series Flush-mounting socket outlets and socket outlets for domestic applications).
The box with tinted windows is provided with rail for 4, 6, 10 and 13 modules DIN (17,5mm) suitable for holding 53, 68 and 90 (mm) high modular devices.
The closing knob can be replaced with a triangular lock.
All fastening screws are made of stainless steel and have quick-turning screws. The system components can be coupled using couplers size PG 21 which ensure protection degree IP66.

Knock-out cable entries: the required size can be knocked out using a screwdriver and hammer, making installation easier.

Accessories:
Knock-outs: Numerous accessories are available for connecting flexible or rigid conduit to the ADVANCE System enclosures (Section 4.3, from p. GG onwards). |
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

- Protection degree IP66 to IEC 529 and CEI 70-1
- seals made of non-ageing elastomer.
- Double insulation
 (use the bottom insulating caps supplied)
- Made of halogen-free self-extinguishing thermoplastic material. RAL 7035, gray, abnormal heat and fire resistant up to 650°C (glow-wire test to IEC 695-2-1)
- Dimensional stability in continuos operation from -20°C to + 85°C.
- Impact resistance: 6 Joule
- Resistance to chemicals (water, saline solutions, acids, bases, mineral oils) and weathering.
- The ADVANCE System is approved for the execution of assemblies to CEI C 431, IEC 670.

Cutouts
SCAME boxes with cutouts accept Serie IEC309 or EUREKA Series da 16A (flange 70x87mm) with IP44and IP67 and sockets outlets for domestic applicatins (section 2.2). |
