HD - HEAVY DUTY PRODUCTS
ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
AD ELEVATA RESISTENZA MECCANICA
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
......................................................................................................................................................
This designation refers to a series of SCAME products made of special polymer alloys, the result of lengthy research and testing both in the laboratory and in the field.
The HD SCAME products are:
The materials used have outstanding resistance to ambient conditions such as humidity, stream, saline or acid fumes. The performance of the products is therefore unaffected and remains unchanged over time.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
......................................................................................................................................................
The products of the HD ADVANCE System can be used safely and reliably in the following fields:
- Heavy mechanical industry (rolling mills, furnaces, mines or steelworks)
- Chemical and petrochemical industry (oil refineries, waste disposal plants, off-shore platforms)
- Food industry
- Ports and docks
- Agricultural and animal breeding applications
- Airport equipment
The ambient conditions for the use of these applications are:
- Ambient temperature: -40°C +100°C
- Relative humidity: up to 100%
- Ambient salinity: 5% NaCl 90% U.R.
- Impact resistance:
+20°C > 40 J
- 40°C > 20 J
