The DOMINO Series IP40 flush mounting consumer units comprises 7 enclosures take respecttively 4 - 8 - 12 - 18 - 24 - 36 - 54 DIN modules.

The design of its pratical, pre-cut flush mounting box allows for easy placing of conduits for flush installations.The units and their covers are made of self-extinguishing, thermoplastic material, RAL 7035 gray and are resiatant to ù abnormal heat and fire up to 650°C (IEC 695-2-1glow-wire-test). The product material is resistant to chemical and weathering agents and highly resistant to UV rays.
The DOMINO Series flush mounting consumer units IP 40 are available whith a polycarbonate tinted window. The design makes for easy and tidy wiring as the wires can be placed under the DIN rail.
In addition, 53 and 68 mm high moulded-case circuit breakers (where there are 24 or more modules).
The window is reversible and can be opened from bith sides.

The DOMINO Series flush mounting units are also modular.
With the appropriate coupler, flush mounting units can be joined horizontally or vertically.
The coupler, which stays embedded under the wall surface,
positions the units correctly under the wall surface (in terms of distance and alignment) and makes it easy pass the wires from one consumer unit to another.

STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS

- Surface mounted with screws and fixing plugs or optional external brackets
- Support frame for DIN rails that can be taken off foreasier wiring, (only for 36 and 54 DIN) and fixed to the base with plastic screws a quarter-turned, locked and unable to be loosened.
- The upper and lower walls of the base can be taken off (not for 2/4, 4 and 8 DIN)to make holes to connect conduit trunking while in a confortable working position.
- The dismountable, upper or lower walls can be replaced by pratical grooved couplers, easily installed, for joining consumer units vertically.
- Option of putting in the wires from behind, using cut-outs at the bottom of the base.
- Side cut-outs for side-by-side connection of other DOMINO consumer units using horizontal couplers.
- Captive thermoplastic ¼ -turn locking devices for closing he cover.
- Drilling template on the back of the consumer unit.
- DIN rail positioned to allow for placement of 53 and 68 mm high switches; in the 18-36-54 DIN versions it is possible to install 125A moulded-case circuit breakers.
- Ample space to the side and under the DIN rails for the wiring cables.
- Distance between the rails: 150 mm
- Places for fixing terminal blocks (supplied as optional accessories)
- Tinted window that can be opened to a maximum angle of 180° both left and right, with triangular key lock (yale key optional)
