The DOMINO Series IP40 flush mounting consumer units comprise 7 enclosures that take respectively 4 - 8 - 12 - 18 - 24 - 36 - 54 DIN modules.

The design of its pratical, pre-cut flush mounting box allows for easy placing of conduits for flush installations.
The units and their covers are made of self-extinguishing, thermoplastic material, RAL 7035 gray and are resistant to abnormal heat and fire up to 650° c (IEC 695-2-1 glow-wire test IEC 695-2-1, EN 60695-2-1).
The products material is resistant to chemical and weathering agents and higly resistant to UV rays.
The DOMINO Series flush mounting consumer units IP 40 are available with a polycarbonate tinted window Their desig makes for easy and tidy wiring as the wires can be placed under the DIN rail.
In addition, 53 and 68 mm high moulded-case circuit reakers (where there are 24 or more modules).
The window is reversible and can be opened from both sides.
The DOMINO Series conforms to the International standard IEC 670 and the Italian standard CEI 23-49 e CEI 23-49.

The DOMINO Series flush mounting units are also modular. With the appropriate coupler, flush mounting units can be joined horizontally or vertically. The coupler, which stays embedded under the wall surface (in terms of distance and alignment) and makes it easy pass the wires from one consumer unit to another. The diagram illustrates the different possibilities.

STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS

- Flush mounting under wall surface (75 mm height for consumer units in 1 row, 95 mm for units in 2 or morerows)
- Support frame for DIN rail can be taken off to make wiring easier and fixed with stainlees steel screws.Unable to be loosened.
- Walls with cut-outs on all sides allow entry of flush mounting conduits, with the possibility for joining additional consumer units using flush mounting couplers.
- Option of putting the wires in from behind, using cut-outs in the bottom of the base.
- Captive thermoplastic 1/4- turn locking devices for closing the cover
- DIN rail positioned to allow for placement of 53 and 68 mm higt switches; in the 24-36-54 DIN versions it is possible to install 125A moulded-case circuit breakers
- Ample space under the DIN rails for passing the wiring cables
- Distance between the rails: 150 mm
- Places for fixing the terminal blocks (supplied as optional accessories)
- Tinted window that can be opened to a maximum angle of 180° both left and right, with triangular key lock (yale key optional)
- Snap-closing window
- Possible to seal the cover with appropriate sealing kit
